The Simulation Theory Leads to Spirituality and Ease

If we are in a simulation, I wonder what is doing the simulating?  Are our souls energetic video game players that experience this world in order to learn?

Are there multiple simulations "up"?  Is there an end to these fractal spin offs of physical laws and realms?

Are we some kind of mass AI thing or a part of a radically technological other world?  Is the task of our own civilization to spawn an exponential amount of other simulations?

Our technology is heading in this direction.  Video games have been simulated realities for decades.  Virtual reality fully immerses the players deeply into the digital worlds.

I've seen many cases where people wearing VR head sets are acting in the game and do something crazy in real life.  It's hilarious to see them break things or go stumbling around.

The VR world has taken over their body and senses.  It might be a strong parallel to our experience of this world.  Do we forget that this is just a game?

The more I accept this waking world as a simulation, the less "I" feel as a separate self.  The sense of seriousness is released with all its related anxiety and judgements.  There is more and more puzzlement as people go off the deep end about the not-real.

"Let go!" is the cry of spiritual teachers.  Don't let the simulation get you down!  We will all exit it some day, to who knows where.  I tend to learn and interact in peace as this understanding grows.

Open Mindedness, Collective and Expanded Consciousness

For all of our lives, we are bombarded with ego inflating images and videos.  Advertisers want you thinking you are not good enough and

A Silent and Blank Mind

Some people think mainly in words. Others in images and scenes. Most seem to combine the two. Inner silence as a spiritual ideal is incomplete.  It's the same to strive for merely a clear mind. An awake one seems to be quiet AND blank with no phrases, no scenery. To not release into both is to continue suffering. Your inner words describe your inner visions. Your mind images describe your thought sentences. Release them both and be at peace in the present.
