A Wasteful Self

The self wastes a tremendous amount of energy.  Never satisfied, it strives to aquire more.  It worries, accuses, and compares to no end.  The self's energy is diffused across an imaginary past and future.

It's far superior to pass away into the herenow.  The not-self accesses this available energy naturally, with ease.  The near future constantly flows in without effort as experience slowly unfolds.

Your mind images describe your thought sentences. Release them both and be at peace in the present.
