The Crushing Swirl of Thought Gravity

Uncontrolled, swirling thoughts enslave the mind which they have created.  Thoughts birth the "me" only to torture it.  How sadistic a creator the thought tornadoes are!

Being trapped and spread across your inner tornado, unable to see anything inside, unable to see anything outside.  Round and round we believed ourselves to be trapped.

The still and calm mind twists and shears itself no longer.  The boundary of chaos has dissolved, faded into the infinite Tao.  Calm and peace replace the word thoughts.

The vortex was inner gravity, crushing your spirit.  Emptiness and stillness suffer no pulls.  Enlightenment is lack of this heaviness, totally released.  An electromagnetic stillness releases the crushing self.

My self was never there, only in its beliefs, only in its self created thoughts.  The mind identity that arose to torture and deceive falls back to melt in the shiny abyss of all.

     There's an easiness to the day after spiritual awakening.  The stresses which we have attached to everything dissipates.  We have allowed them to do so.  We have no reason to grasp them any longer.      The events and people of the day come and go, without expectations of how they should be.  Easy interact, easy disengage at every moment.  The next events and people will soon flow past as well.  Here it comes.  Now it's gone.  No big deal. All difficulties were only in our minds.  Our minds did the clinging to misery.  What is easy and enjoyable to you here and now?  Do that.  Let your mind wonder in the present.

A Silent and Blank Mind

Some people think mainly in words. Others in images and scenes.  Most seem to combine the two. Inner silence as a spiritual ideal is incomplete. It's the same to strive for merely a clear mind.   An awake one seems to be quiet and blank with no phrases, no scenery.   To not release into both is to continue suffering. Your inner words describe your inner visions.   Your mind images describe your thought sentences. Release them both and be at peace in the present.

Sirius Documentary Update from Dr. Greer and Amardeep Kaleka

This latest update on the Sirius ET documentary is packed with new details and a great positive message from a World Puja Network talk by Dr. Greer and film maker Amardeep Kaleka. Some of the points that Dr. Greer and Mr. Kaleka cover in this latest update are: Amardeep Kaleka addresses the murder of his father at the Sikh Temple.  He says that this was a senseless act by a member of a racist group and not related to Sirius in any way. Dr. Greer talks a little about the Extraterrestrial Biological Entity that they are going to investigate further.  They may include add this to the film after more investigation.  He does not disclose where the body is, but covers the testing that they are performing including MRI, genetics, and others.  He also mentions the skull that is in the possession of Lloyd Pye .  It is unclear at this point, but that skull may be included in Sirius.
